J.W. Maas LL.M., MMAS

Colonel Jan-Willem Maas  works as an artillery officer in the Royal Netherlands Army. His current appointment is that of Assistant Chief of Staff J5 (ACOS J5) in 1 (German/Netherlands) Corps in Münster, Germany. ACOS J5 provides policy recommendations and assists the commander in planning and preparation of joint plans, orders and associated situation estimates across the full spectrum of operations.
